Kelsey Frank, LMT

I have always been drawn to massage. Even as a child I was drawn to the texture and feeling of muscles and skin. My fifth-grade teacher used to ask for neck rubs as she read to the class and I was always eager to offer my help. Her kind complements, along with the support of friends and family were a huge component in helping me pursue this profession. Being born with Ichthyosis, a rare skin disorder, has helped me fine tune my skills as a therapist. The constant changing of my skin has taught me to be more sensitive to texture. My clients often tell me that I have magnets in my fingers because I’m quick to find their trouble spots; I can also credit this to my strong intuition.

As a native Oregonian, I went to Denver School of Massage Therapy and finished at Utah College of Massage Therapy. I was licensed in 2009 and I am passionate about the positive effects of therapy on the body and mind that I’ve seen in my clients through the years. I’m constantly pursuing education that further teaches me about the complexities of the body. My specialties include deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, and integrated myofascial release. My goal as a massage therapist is to utilize my knowledge and experience to help reduce pain and stress in the body. I strive to listen and support each client with respect and compassion.

In my free time, I enjoy being outside, taking pictures of the outside, making silly jokes, reading, watching movies, spending time with family, playing guitar and traveling. I had the opportunity to hike around Patagonia for three weeks and it was the best vacation of my life. In addition, I love to cook and make delicious meals using high quality ingredients, as well as studying the affects it has on the body. Through this, I have healed many of my own ailments and helped support others in their health journey.

I am excited to have the opportunity to learn from Dr. Erin and be a part of the Liberated Spirit team.
